Terratec EWS88MT / EWS88D ? is this a good choice ?

I am totally a beginner in recording....therefore needs advice. ?_?

I would like to buy a professional sound card for mulitrack recording.

My situation :
1. 5 inputs, including 4 mics and 1 guitar.
2. PC hardware : PIII 800, 256M Ram, 30G Harddisk.

After reading and reading whole day on the web, I found two sound cards that seemed less expensive but can do what I want - Terratec EWS 88 Series : EWS88MT and EWS88D.

Do anyone has any advice on these two cards.
