A question about OUT_WAVE_SSRC! Please help

Can I ask a question?
When I use the OUT_WAVE_SSRC in WA2,what seletion can get the best sound quanlity in the "Distribution" setting field?

There are 3 selections:rectangular,triangular,gaussian. By default the seletion is triangular,and that`s what I use by now.But I cannot find any article about the difference between all these selections from Internet.

Can anyone give me an clear answer or some article useful about this topic?I have been puzzled in this question for a long time.THX ALL!!!

AFAIK, there are over 5 articles about this topic on the first page of search result.
So, you said you cannot find any article about it?! Hmm ... I doubt it.
