sorry I'm not good at typing Chinese. So I use English here. Many people here discuss how to covert video to VCD/MPG by software. Is it better to use software to do so? Since I know it's faster to convert video to VCD/MPG format. (For example use Creative moviemaker) But is the quality of the VCD/MPG would be necessarily worse than use software? Have a nice day.
