Front and rear digital out

I have a bracket for SB Live Value, made by Hoontech. It has 2 SPDIF output, one front and one rear(RCA), what I am wondering is how can I connect those 2 to an receiver, maybe a custom made cable?

From looking at the picture on their site,
If your receiver has both front digital in and rear digital in
and it's using rca connectors, all you need is two rca cable
and use them to connect the i/o module and the receiver,
if you want to be really professional about the cables you
