Well, if you have NT 35000 to spend on computer speakers, you can pretty much get any set of the "multimedia" speakers for computers that are listed on this site, probably even Boston DT 7000..., which is about NT37000 in Taiwan. They should be cheaper in HK, without the duty...
You could get Midiland S4-8200, Boston DT6000, and if you are really deaf and stupid, get Creative DTT3500.
There is also a set of top of the line "Sirroco"?? speakers listed in US, with a MSRP of US. 699, if you can find stores that carry them( this set of speakers is not available in Taiwan). Therefore, like I said, it's your call...
On the other hand, if you are considering audio speakers for stereos, NT35000 is just enough for entry level speakers...
Besides, audio speakers are not my domain so I can't give you any advice on that...

If you are interested in the very Hi-End multimedia speakers, there is a set call "VideoLogic DigiTheatre DTS" which I believe is the best 5.1 multimedia speaker to date...you can read the reviews for this set at the following link...
