貼一貼來自Blizzard的回信....
我還是找不到Blizzard所說的
how many hardware 3D buffers are detected
翻完了整份追蹤檔都沒有....
也許Yamaha 724根本沒有硬體Buffers........

Diablo II uses DirectSound3D. There are several other 3D sound formats used in other games, and they may have various requirements. Diablo II requires 12 or more hardware buffers for DirectSound3D to be enabled. These should be supplied by your sound card. If those buffers are available, then the 3D sound option should be available in the sound options menu. You can find out how many hardware 3D buffers are detected in the D2xxxxxx.txt file in your Diablo II game folder.
If the 3D sound option is grayed out, then Diablo II does not detect the necessary hardware buffers. There are no game settings that enable 3D sound, it is entirely dependent upon the game detecting the required buffers. We cannot support this much further than to give you that information. You may wish to update and/or reinstall your sound card driver to make sure that you have the best driver and the best performance. If you have questions about your sound card specifically, you should contact the card manufacturer. Also include this message chain so we see what is going on.
Thanks,
MikeK
