Then one of your staff replied me at the end of this year. So I would like to know what happen, because I am waitting from May untill now and then you told me next year. I was using Alteclansing 5100 specker.

我是遇過買SONY NB時
因為日本出新款式了
但台灣遲遲尚未發售
所以就問原廠客服何時會引進新款
得到答案是最近這個月不可能會進
所以就死心直接在店家買了

結果買了一週後竟然開賣了
規格更好價錢還更便宜 :evil:

向零售商查詢，一般回覆的都只是普通職員
而有關地區產品引進，最少也是部門主管批准的，要是涉及代替便更麻煩。
在絕大部份的情況下，售貨員從商業及技術的知識都很皮毛
他們的責任是使用有限知識得到你信任及令你買下東西。
