DMX XFire 1024的ControlPanel無法使用

各位先進大家好.
劣者有個問題想請教大家
就是劣者日前買了一片TERRATEC DMX XFire 1024
在WinXP下安裝Driver後,能正常使用...但是安裝ControlPanel後...
去執行ControlPanel卻跳出一個奇怪的錯誤訊息如下

劣者在下的硬體與Driver皆安裝正常,且能正確使用
唯獨ControlPanel不能使用....請各位先進為劣者在下指點迷津

你安裝的是光碟裡的驅動還是XP內建的驅動程式？
應該要安裝光碟裡附的驅動程式才能使用Control Panel喔......
我是用Windows 2000 PRO,
剛裝好的時候想說系統有抓到就用內建的吧,
結果也是出現一樣的視窗,
後來還是去官網抓最新驅動程式下來安裝,
就可以正常使用了.

多謝這位先進的回答.....
劣者在下以經安裝官方提供,版本是5.12.01.3057版的Driver
但是仍然不能使用ControlPanel....
我查了官方FAQ....裡面提到:
If the Windows Control Panel is open during the installation then the DMX XFire 1024 Control Panel may not be installed. It is generally recommended to close all applications during the driver installation. You can, however, install the DMX XFire 1024 Control Panel aftwerwards. Copy the following files into the given paths.

File name Path
mfc42.dll c:Windows
XFire.cpl c:Windows\System
XFireRes.dll c:Windows\System

These files can be found on the driver CD. Of course the Windows Control Panel should be closed first.

但是我找不到這幾個檔案,Driver CD內也沒有....所以不知如何解決該問題..

音效卡驅動安裝方法：(9x/2000/XP適用，以DMX1024為例)

基本要求：最好先安裝晶片組驅動程式，以及新版DirectX工具
1.移除原先音效卡的驅動和配套軟體，內建的記得先移除乾淨再關BIOS
2.重開機，找到多媒體介面卡，選取消
3.執行5.12.1.3057版驅動：音效卡驅動安裝時，它會要你選一個安裝位置作暫存的動作(如D:\Match\DMX1024)，
存完後重開機，系統回報找到新音效卡，windows會開始找適合的驅動(9x到此應該已經裝好了)，2k/XP系統會回應找不到幾個檔案，再手動指向剛剛驅動安裝的路徑(如D:\Match\DMX1024)，重複數次就裝完了，此方法適用市面上大多數的音效卡。

Control panel：
1.完成上述動作以後，執行配套的Control panel(Ver.2.0.2.43)安裝程式
，裝完就可以用了。

有先灌 Win2000 SP2 嗎? WDM driver 的卡最好都先灌 SP2 再行安裝，問題會比較少。我的情況就是這樣，我的卡是 DMX 6fire 沒灌 SP2 前 control panel 會叫不出來。
