而Indigo是片新出的PCMCIA音效卡...
Spec. Sheet上的數據非常的漂亮..
有支援24/96.. 兩個耳機孔...(有內建擴大)... 以VR控制音量...
動態範圍標榜有111dB.. Windows環境下支援WDM,MME,DS,ASIO,& GSIF <--(GSIF是啥?)
Spec. Sheet裡面雖然把DAC和Motorola DSP寫兩行... 可是我很懷疑那顆M牌晶片就是D/A...
(音效卡總不可能用BB之類的高價DA吧?)
看Echo MIA的產品定位應該是較便宜的專業錄音卡...
雖然還沒聽到.. 看起來印象是不錯... Indigo的專網設計感覺濫了點...
但是至少數據看起來挺令人安心的...
畢竟Echo怎麼看都不像會做娛樂用卡的公司...XD
目前正在全力勸敗中...(爆汗)

裡面說Indigo支援DVD-A的撥放...
這到讓我聯想到業界一直在推廣的DVD-A防測錄能力...
若這張卡可以2496放DVD-A並且只有類比輸出...
要盜拷DVD-A啟不是抓條線和拿隻DAT就好了? :roll:

GigaSampler InterFace，NemeSys 公司的 Audio Driver。如同 Steinberg 公司的 ASIO 一樣，搭配 GigaSampler, GiagaStudio 軟體，可以達到 low latency 的 MIDI response，多出好幾個虛擬的音軌可以做混音、添加效果器，還有使得聲音裝置可以 Multiclient，同時給好幾個軟體使用。譬如說同時使用編曲軟體和 GaiaSampler 軟體取樣機，兩個軟體可以同時共用一個聲音裝置，不會出現「這個裝置現在正被其他軟體使用中，請關閉其他軟體再試一次」這樣的訊息。JY 寫:動態範圍標榜有111dB.. 影像訊號還可以藏些東西在畫面外的地方

i get trouble with my chinese input system.
In the view of a laptop user who is care about music quality, the product has vital attraction.
First, sound chip and dac sytem in all(?) laptops are much worse than in desktop whose owner pays attention to the pc sound quality. Further, most(?) laptops don't equipment a sound chip , they use ac'97 only.
It is unreasonable to blame the laptop companys in consideration of the market. But i really want to make my x22's sound quality the same with my desktop at least. It equipments a mx300 and a audigy now.
The pcmcia sound card seems perfect(except for the price) as my laptop sound solution. It is small, light and mobile, compared with the lumpish SB extigy. Though the latter has much more game and dvd functions. However, all i need with my laptop is tight and clear sound. All i ask is to listen good music when not at home.
In another viewpoint, this product will keep its value longer than desktop sound card. it's kind of like the tv card. they dont change or increase functions much during quite a long time. So the price of such products will not decline steeply when a new product out.
This characteristic will help whe you want to resale it.
If i had 150 u.s. dollars available, i wil buy it other than change my audigy for audigy2.
