RealJuke Box cannot make mp3

Recently I install the program "RealJuke Box Basic". One day I buy the new CD for "Kelly Chen (ASK)". There are 3 musics are MTVs and 11 musics are songs. I insert it into the CD-Rom and start the "RealJuke Box"for making mp3. By then, it shows track 1,2,3 are "Data". I select one music (e.g. track5) to make mp3. Suddenly, it displays "Please insert an audio CD". I try it again but I get the same message. So, what should I do ? Thanks. ?_?

I guess your cd-rom is to old to access enhanced Cd like you just
bought,because I have a cd like yours(have music and avi data).
But I can use jukebox recored this cd on Asus 50X.
What cd-rom do you use?
Can you read chinese on your computer?
If you can,I type chinese at next time
