現在拿到的版本確實支援絕大多數Big-5碼中文檔名,只是有些字例如你...有問題,ID3 tag中文也不能顯示,因此我大膽假設,中文支援應該是firmware問題,而且目前flash ram的容量已經夠用。
會這樣想還有一個理由,以它的LCD顯示的字型計算,每個字可能是30或32Bytes,全部的Big-5字用不到400KB。(還記得倚天飛碟16嗎?)

今天收到 iRiver2 中文版, 目前測試沒有問題, 中文檔名和ID3都可顯示(當然用到罕用字的歌名有可能出槌, 目前還沒碰到)
因為沒有DC, 只好用Scaner掃個畫面給大家......

一個是語言設定畫面, 另一個是ID3歌名(捲動中, 所以字體斜斜的)
中文版目前只能跟iRiver直接訂, 價錢iRiver會回覆給你(應該是美金200以下, 包含三天快遞, 須至銀行電匯), 手冊為英文版, 記得要提醒他們給你120v的電源供應器.

訴我他買的版本不能顯示中文....頓時一陣晴天屁力...並且告知我
該網站都沒有中文的版本....還說什麼只有大陸才有賣中文版
..而且原先跟mpnavi要的110v變壓器還要在加約300塊台幣...
這個問題我現在都還在跟mpnavi及iriver交涉中,看能不能坳到換一台...
因為我之前就有rio volt了...現在又來一台不能顯示中文的機器
我真的會瘋了....
所以要到mpnavi訂機器的人可千萬要注意了......
